Il maresciallo Remo Signorelli e il brigadiere della Guardia di Finanza Riccardo Riva vengono mandati, in avanscoperta, a preparare "bliz antievasione" a Poltu Quatu, bellissimo centro turistico sulla Costa nord orientale della Sardegna. Splendida località, gestita in maniera moderna e irreprensibile, anche a Poltu Quatu, però, rispetto all'evasione fiscale ci sono alcune "mele marce" che circolano attorno al commercialista romano Massimiliano Grilli, un vero "maestro dell'evasione". La preparazione del mega blitz prosegue inesorabilmente tra gag e risate.
